August times

Hey guys, sorry i haven't posted in a while, nothing exciting has happened, trust me! 


Things i'm looking forward to this month

• Signed up to the first Boudoir Prive box which should arrive next week i think, excited to know what's in it
• Also this months Glossy Box, next time i won't look on twitter till after i've opened the package
• Bf's sisters wedding next week, been such a hassle looking for a dress ergh!! found a lovely one on ASOS though. £26 by Traffic People incase anyone is wondering

• Our 3 year anniversary on the 31st, we booked a week in Centre Parcs the week after as it'll be quiet when all the kids go back to school, On the day we'll prob celebrate with dinner, cocktails and theatre

Things i'm not looking forward to

Found out i failed 3 projects for uni and have until the 5th september to re-do them, Not liking uni at all but thats a whole other post

My first Glossy Box (July)

Just received my first Glossybox in the post
Quite impressed

 I opened this to smell it, not sure if like the smell, it seems quite strong. Will give this a shot and let you know. This is a full sized product priced at £19.99

 Prob my fav, love the smell

 Pleased with this as i need a SPF for my face, this is nice and lightweight (tested on my hand)

 I'm not too sure about this, I know it's Illamasqua but i don't use things like this, wouldn't really know what to do with it, also there is a space in the box, is there a brush or something missing? :s

Overall pleased with my first box, the whole point of this is to try things which i wouldn't normally try, which i plan to try all of these :)

Boudoir Prive the new GlossyBox?

After this months so called disaster Glossybox, there's a new kid in town!


It's called Boudoir Prive, at £10 a month you get 6 samples unlike Glossyboxes 5!
Now i registered to late to get the June GlossyBox i don't think i would have been too disappointed with the items, except for the batiste stuff, what i DID find disappointing was an email saying that after August the GlossyBoxes will be £12.95, funny how they never mentioned that delivery was free for 4 months till now!
